CANCELLATIONS/ NO-SHOW POLICY
FUTURE INDIVIDUAL TRAVEL RESERVATIONS
Best Available Rate - Flexible cancellation
To offer maximum flexibility, Individuals can make amendments or cancellation 48 hours prior to the date of arrival with any cancellation amendment fees. If cancelled within 48 hours of your arrival date, the total price of the reservation will be charged as a cancellation fee. Full prepayment will be taken 2 days prior to arrival, credit card payments will incur 2.5% surcharge. If your booking is made within 48 hours of arriving at the hotel, you will be charged on the day of booking.
Prepaid Rate Reservations
Full prepayment will be taken at the time of booking and is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
No-Show Policy
In case you are fail to arrive for your reservation, the full price of the reservation will be charged as a cancellation/no-show fee.
Children’s Policy
There are no accommodation discounts for children, but children under 5 using existing bedding incur no additional charge.
